Engineering with product intent.

I work at the intersection of software engineering, product thinking, AI, and business execution. I write and ship code while shaping product scope, designing systems, and keeping the work grounded in real user and business needs.

Based in Türkiye, I currently work at Sharpcake as Director of Technology, where I develop software and manage a six-person engineering team. Previously, I was CTO at Gate Plus. My full-stack background keeps me close to implementation while I coordinate teams and take products from an early idea to production.

AI orchestration is embedded across my full build cycle — from product shaping and architecture through development, testing, and delivery. I focus on knowing where AI creates leverage, where human judgment still matters, and how to keep output production-ready.
